In our endeavour to support this mission and promote innovation, eVision will be participating in the Copperberg Annual Spare Parts Business Platform convention this forthcoming February in Stockholm, Sweden.

The event will dwell on future trends and show delegates not only how to digitise service offerings for the benefit of customers and profit margins, but how digitalisation will impact businesses and industries as a whole. The convention will include the latest on blockchain technologies, AI, drones, 3D printing and much more....
 
eVision will be joining the narrative and providing delegates with insights and live demonstrations on its spare parts and aftermarket solutions.

We will also host a dedicated workshop titled “creating an aftermarket portal” which will provide insights on the remarkable potential this tool unlocks. Participants will be invited to contribute to the workshop's proceedings with their own thoughts, concerns and wishes, whether they are running an online parts catalogue platform or facing other aftermarket concerns.

The workshop will also touch on a real-life case-study, drawing on the experiences of Mr Sune Sørensen, Customer Experience and Spare Parts Director at Stiga SpA. Sune will illustrate the needs and challenges Stiga faced when the decision was made to harmonise their entire European dealer network and 11 subsidiaries through the recently deployed Stiga-Connect aftermarket portal, based on eVision technology.
